Educational Qualification – BEL Telangana Recruitment
- Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT):
Diploma in Engineering (Electronics / Mechanical / Electrical) with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Stipend during training: ₹24,000/month for 6 months before placement in regular pay scale. - Technician-C:
SSLC + ITI + One-year National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in relevant trade with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
BEL Ibrahimpatnam Pay Scale
- Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT): ₹24,500 – 3% – ₹90,000 + allowances
- Technician-C: ₹21,500 – 3% – ₹82,000 + allowances
Employees are eligible for DA, HRA, medical reimbursement, Group Insurance, PF, pension, and gratuity as per company policy.
BEL Telangana Application Fee
- GEN / OBC (NCL) / EWS: ₹590 (₹500 + 18% GST)
- SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-servicemen: No fee

BEL Telangana Selection Process
- Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT) at Hyderabad
- Part I: General Aptitude – 50 Marks
- Part II: Technical Section – 100 Marks
- Qualifying Marks:
- GEN/OBC/EWS: 35% each part
- SC/ST/PwBD: 30% each part
- Shortlisted candidates will proceed to document verification.
