TGRTC Recruitment Notification 2025 – 3038 Vacancies Soon
Hyderabad, Today:
The Telangana State Government has given a green signal for the recruitment of 3,038 vacancies in the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGRTC). Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar officially announced that the recruitment process will begin shortly.
The state government, under the leadership of CM Revanth Reddy and Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka, is taking active steps to strengthen the RTC workforce. The classification process of SC categories, which previously delayed the recruitment, has now been completed, paving the way for the issuance of the official notification.

The post-wise vacancy details are as follows:
- Driver – 2,000 Posts
- Shramik – 743 Posts
- Deputy Superintendent (Traffic) – 84 Posts
- Deputy Superintendent (Mechanical) – 114 Posts
- Depot Manager / Assistant Traffic Manager – 25 Posts
- Assistant Engineer (Civil) – 23 Posts
- Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) – 18 Posts
- Section Officer – 11 Posts
- Accounts Officer – 6 Posts
- Medical Officer (General) – 7 Posts
- Medical Officer (Specialist) – 7 Posts

Minister’s Statement
Minister Ponnam Prabhakar expressed his gratitude to the government, stating that the RTC recruitment is a significant step forward after many years. He highlighted that the Telangana government has already filled over 60,000 jobs in the public sector, with RTC recruitment being one of the major milestones.
