Telangana PECET
Notification 2024: The Telangana State Council for Higher Education
(TSCHE) has recently announced the notification for the Telangana State
Physical Education Common Entrance Test (TSPECET) 2024, facilitating admissions
to physical education courses. Administered by Satavahana University in
Karimnagar, this entrance test offers two-year courses in BPED and DPED,
available in government, private, and affiliated colleges across the state.
Last date to apply online for this Telangana PECET 2024 is 15-05-2024. Official

Educational Qualifications to attend the TSPECET 2024:
BPED: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; minimum age of 19
years as of 01-07-2024.
DPED: Intermediate pass; minimum age of 16 years as of
01-07-2024.
Sports Competitions:
The exam comprises two sections:
TS PECET 2024 Physical Efficiency Test:
Consists of events such as 100m run, shot put, 800m run,
long jump/high jump (for men), and 100m run, shot put, 400m run, long jump/high
jump (for women).
Each event carries 100 marks, totaling 400 marks.
Skill Test:
Candidates’ proficiency in sports like ball badminton,
basketball, cricket, football, handball, hockey, kabaddi, kho-kho, shuttle
badminton, tennis, and volleyball will be evaluated.
This section is also allocated 100 marks.
TS PECET 2024 Application Fee:
General Candidates: Rs. 900/-
SC/ST Candidates: Rs. 500/-
