Midhani Assistant Recruitment 2024 Qualification
- Assistant – Level 4 (Metallurgy): Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering with at least 60% marks, plus 3 years of experience in the steel/metallurgical industry.
- Assistant – Level 4 (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 60% marks, plus 3 years of industrial experience.
- Assistant – Level 2 (Fitter): SSC + ITI (Fitter) + NAC, with 3 years of experience in operating/mechanical/metallurgical equipment, preferably in the steel industry.
- Assistant – Level 2 (Welder): SSC + ITI (Welder) + NAC, with 3 years of experience in engineering/construction/mechanical/metallurgical industries.
- Assistant – Level 1 (Driver): SSC / 10th + valid LMV/HMV license, with 4 years of experience as a driver (preference for ex-servicemen).
Pay Scale for Assistant Jobs in Midhani:
- Assistant – Level 4: ₹31,720 per month
- Assistant – Level 2: ₹28,960 per month

Midhani Assistant Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
