Osmania University One Time Chance Notification for PG Courses (2000-2019 Batches)

OU One Time Chance Notification 2024: Osmania University is pleased to notify all BACKLOG CANDIDATES of the M.A., M.Com., M.Sc., M.S.W., M.Com. (IS), M.Lib.I.Sc., B.Lib.I.Sc., MCJ, and BCJ programs, from the University, Constituent, Affiliated, and District P.G. Colleges, that the Year Wise and I, II, III & IV Semester Backlog One Time Chance Examinations are scheduled for September/October 2024. The detailed timetable will be announced in due course. OU One Time Chance application form is available to download at http://www.ouexams.in/.

OU One Time Chance Notification Key Details:

1. Eligibility: This notification is for backlog candidates from the 2000-2001 to 2018-2019 academic years only.
2. University Resolution: As per Lr No.300/Acad-I/2024 dated 02.04.2024, the University has resolved to provide ONE MORE CHANCE to clear all backlogs as a ONE TIME CHANCE for the specified P.G. courses.
3. Examination Fee Submission:
   • MA, M.Com., MSW, M.Lib.I.Sc., MCJ, B.Lib.I.Sc.: Submit examination forms in the M.A. Section.
   • M.Sc. Courses: Submit examination forms in the M.Sc. Section.

OU One Time Chance Fee Important Dates:

• Without Late Fee:
  • Last date for payment of examination fee and submission of examination forms: Friday, 16.08.2024
• With Late Fee (Rs.500/-):
  • Last date for payment of examination fee and submission of examination forms: Wednesday, 28.08.2024

OU One Time Chance Fee Details:

One Time Chance Fee for Academic Years: 2000-2001 to 2009-2010

• Penal Fee: Rs. 4000/- per each backlog paper
• Examination Fee:
  • For all papers: Rs. 1950 + Rs. 150 (Memo) = Rs. 2100/-
  • For up to two papers: Rs. 1060 + Rs. 150 (Memo) = Rs. 1210/-

One Time Chance Fee for Academic Years: 2010-2011 to 2015-2016

• Penal Fee: Rs. 3000/- per each backlog paper
• Examination Fee:
  • For all papers: Rs. 1950 + Rs. 150 (Memo) = Rs. 2100/-

One Time Chance Fee for Academic Years: 2016-2017 to 2018-2019

• Penal Fee: Rs. 2000/- per each backlog paper
• Examination Fee:
  • For all papers: Rs. 1950 + Rs. 150 (Memo) = Rs. 2100/-
  • For up to two papers: Rs. 1060 + Rs. 150 (Memo) = Rs. 1210/-
