Eligibility Criteria for TASK AssetNX Transaction Executive Jobs:
- Qualification: Graduates of 2024, 2023, 2022, or 2021 with a BA, B.Sc, B.Tech, MBA, BBA, or B.Com (any discipline), with a minimum of 50% aggregate.
- Additional Requirement: Only male candidates, with no active backlogs, are eligible to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and build real estate portfolios for HNI and NRI clients.
- Engage in client relationship management and strengthen the builder network.
- Understand the real estate registration process and handle all necessary client documents.
- Partner with marketing channels and broker networks to monetize client assets.
- Drive revenue and growth for the company by meeting client requirements and managing real estate portfolios.

- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Hyderabad and nearby cities
- Experience in the banking, finance, or real estate sectors is an advantage
- Results-oriented with excellent presentation skills
