Age Limit for TGPRB ASI Jobs in FPB:

Applicants should have completed 21 years and should not have attained 25 years as on 01 July 2026. The Telangana Government has also provided relaxation in the upper age limit as per government rules. Additional age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, BC, EWS, Ex-servicemen, NCC Instructors, and eligible Telangana Government employees.

Salary for TG Police FPB ASI Jobs:

Selected candidates will receive a pay scale of ₹33,750 – ₹99,310 along with Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), medical facilities, and other allowances as per Telangana Government rules.

• Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
• Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
• Written Examination (3 Papers)
• Certificate Verification
• Medical Examination

There is no Preliminary Written Test for the ASI Finger Print Bureau post. Candidates who submit Part-II applications will directly attend the PMT/PET followed by the written examination if they qualify.

Physical Standards

Men

• Height: 162 cm

Women

• Height: 152.5 cm

Relaxation in height is available for eligible Scheduled Tribe candidates from notified agency areas. Candidates must also qualify in the prescribed running, long jump, and shot-put events during the Physical Efficiency Test.
